Oxil teams up with leading Labour Hire companies to expand FarmMate App
Oxil recently partnered with WorkSafe Victoria, together with two of Australia’s largest Labour Hire Companies, MADEC and FIP GROUP to expand FarmMate to conduct a trial with their Victorian workforces.
The aim of the app is to improve direct communications of vital health and safety information to Agricultural Seasonal Workers.
The Job Shop implemented the Farm Mate App as we simply cannot rely on face to face, phone or email communications with Seasonal Workers. These methods are not sustainable.
The key focus with Seasonal Workers has been engagement, communication, education, and repetition. The App has had a big impact so far and I’m confident it’s the way to go.
